Move that Boogie Body
Okay, so a friend e-mailed this to me a month or so ago and I hadn't thought to put it on my blog until I saw it on another friend's blog. So thanks to Susan and Lynette for the inspiration. For those of you who haven't seen it yet, enjoy! You'll need to pause the music at the bottom of the blog to hear the video, and yes....it's worth it! Okay....That make me laugh out loud...enough so that my kids came running to see what was going on! What would you think if I seriously started this as my personal weight loss program?!! I think I might do just that! I don't know if you have any other Marilu friends, but this Marilu loved it!! Thanks for sharing! P.S. what is is with the two that stop in the middle and freeze? HILARIOUS
