Josh's First Day of Pre-School

When we first moved here to Vegas, I heard nothing but great things about this lady in our ward who taught pre-school. Everyone seemed to have had at least one, if not all, of their children attend her pre-school and everything I heard was so positive that I thought, "I've got to have my child be a part of this!" A few people I talked to assured me that she was most likely already full since her pre-school is like the Harvard and Yale of Las Vegas Pre-Schools. I decided to ask anyway to see if there might just happen to be an opening and sure enough, there was, and yippee for Josh, he got it! He'll start in the fall, but she also offers a class for the month of June so that the older kids can teach the newer kids the ropes before beginning in the fall. To say the least, Josh LOVES it! Each morning he wakes up and strips down and then gets all dressed, hair slicked, and ready to go only to find out that pre-school is only twice each week. Poor guy! I wish it was everyday for his sake because he just beams when he goes and beams even more when he comes back. He feels so big! We love you J.J.!

Josh is showing Grandma McKnight his papers from his first day of pre-school.

Getting ready to leave for school.

Luke and J.J.

All ready to go.

They grow up too fast. Megan is so excited to go to kindergarten and she still has one more year.

That smile on his face totally made me SMILE! He is an absolute doll! Isn't it funny how ready they are to grow up and be like the big kids when we aren't quite ready to let them go yet? I still remember getting a Christmas card from you years ago right after Josh was born..and now he's in preschool. Time flies.

I so wish we lived closer. Vegas is closer than Idaho, but still. I would LOVE to hang out.
