We're Here!

We made it! We got to Idaho on the 1st of January and it has kind of been a whirlwind ever since. Between unpacking and doing all the things that moving involves, I'm ready for another vacation. The weather was a shocker at first (19 degrees on the way to school in the morning) but the kids are loving being able to ride their bikes all over the neighborhood. A little elbow room is a good thing. It has been fun bumping into old friends at the grocery store too. It's good to be home. Brynn and Bailey started school on January 5 and seem to be enjoying their new teachers and friends. They are such good sports and have adapted really well with all the changes we've had over the past year. Josh has adapted well too but he misses his pre-school teacher and class from Las Vegas. I don't blame him, they were great. I can empathize with him because I miss our friends too, a lot, but I am grateful to have family close by again. Luke, well, he is clueless as to what is going on and he continues to cause havoc whenever he gets the chance. He has his moments of sweetness though (which are what keep me from throwing in the towel with him) and I am so grateful for the hugs, kisses, pleases, and thank you's he frequently gives. They are his saving grace!
